It is one of the most prestigious brands of Gorgonzola DOP with a unique track record in Italy. The headquarters is located in Vallirio in the province of Novara in Piedmont. This is a very important production for the various types of Gorgonzola with milk coming from mountain pastures and hillside farms where animals live freely.
