Gianni Frasi is a visionary roaster who took his first steps in a small artisan workshop located in Verona, his hometown. A perfectionist and meticulous curator, he is a true researcher of excellence. Quality above all else. His coffees are controlled down to the individual plant, and his relationship with producers and suppliers is obsessive. The artisan laboratory uses machines from the 1950s, and his technique is decidedly conservative of the originality and quality of the primary bean.

Gianni Frasi does not have a website, does not use Facebook, but he has built his clientele one by one with a thrift and patience that has allowed him to share a dream. In his single-origin coffees, one can capture the most exotic and pure soul of the lands of origin. Today it is considered one of the best (for us, it is the best) Italian roasteries, and not just that.
