In Crespano del Grappa, there is this dairy cooperative that receives milk from the Monte Grappa area in the province of Treviso.
Only three cheeses, including the one we have selected, the Granbaby made from goat's milk.

Montegrappa Dairy: a point of reference

The dairy was founded in 1998 by Fernando Favero, who remains a point of reference in the world of Veneto cheese, especially in the Treviso area. All the milk comes from cows that graze around malghe located between 1200 and 1500 meters. A modern company that still maintains equipment for artisanal processing in respect of the ancient local tradition.
